Cumming, under the name of TowerEight, has been providing project management services to Whitbread on numerous Premier Inn projects since 2012. This work has included delivering both new-builds and refurbishments of Premier Inn properties across the UK, as well as new build hub by Premier Inn. We have also worked on a number of Bar + Block restaurants within Premier Inn hotels. To date, we have opened 64 sites totalling 6,456 keys, with another 21 sites and 4,431 guest rooms opening over the next three years.

Cumming is also working with Whitbread on the refurbishment of a number of existing hotels across Germany, bringing them under the Premier Inn brand.
