Two Friargate is a circa 190,000-sq.-ft., Grade A office building with 12 upper floors of offices above ground floor retail/restaurant space. The works include fitting out three floors for Coventry City Council to BCO Category A standards as well as construction of an access road and an extension to the previously constructed public realm works. Cumming Group, under the name Prosurv, are proud to have been retained as sitewide masterplan project management, employer’s agent and cost consulting services for Two Friargate on the second phase of the masterplan development. Two Friargate will be located adjacent to the previously constructed One Friargate and Coventry Railway Station, which is currently undergoing its own redevelopment. The project is due for completion in October 2022.
