Cumming Group, under the name Prosurv, undertook the role of employer’s agent, cost consultant, pre-contract principal designer and CDM advisor on this project for a private sector developer delivering residential units for Annington Properties and Catalyst Housing. Cumming Group worked closely with the end users to ensure the project was successfully completed on time in May 2019, with delivery occurring over a number of phases. The scheme consisted of 249 apartments, including 207 PRS units for Annington Properties and 42 units for Catalyst Housing Association, all located within four five- and six-story apartment blocks.
