Cumming Group, under the name Prosurv, have been appointed to oversee all of the various phases of construction at Trentham Shopping Village, a high-quality shopping destination located at the main entrance to the award-winning Trentham Gardens in Staffordshire. The latest phase included 26 retail units and was completed in 2017, bringing the total number of timber units constructed to 77, a number that encompasses 92,000 square feet of shops, cafes, and restaurants. Cumming Group have been involved in all phases of the project since 2004, providing project and development management, employer’s agent and contract administration, and principal designer / CDM advisor services. The Village, which attracts more than three million visitors per year, is home to a variety of family-run small businesses, making it a unique destination for experiential shoppers. Planning is currently underway for additional future development and expansion.
