Project Description

Cumming, under the name Prosurv, were appointed to oversee the construction of five speculative industrial units ranging from 22,000 sq. ft to 75,000 sq. ft, which provided much-needed and highly sought-after space at the 400-acre, mixed-use Trentham Lakes development. This phase of the development was completed in 2020 and follows on from previous schemes project managed by Cumming, including Trentham Trade Park 2 and a 310,000-square-foot expansion of the nearby Screwfix facility.

Cumming are currently overseeing the construction of a further three industrial and logistics warehouses at the site, which range in size from 53,000 sq. ft to 94,000 sq. ft.
