Project Description

Cumming Group, under the name of MHBC Cumming Group, provided project management and contract administration services for Starwood Capital on the £100 million refurbishment of The Russell Hotel, which is a 5-star, Grade II* listed building with 364 rooms. Works completed in December 2019. The property was successfully sold during this time to Covivio, with Cumming Group ensuring a compliant sale between the owners.
