Cumming Group, under the name of MHBC Cumming, have now completed the extensive refurbishment works at The Meadows Shopping Centre on behalf of Schroders. The project involved the conversion of a 24,000-square-foot facility — formerly an Argos store — into four two-storey retail units for Pure Gym, Cosy Club and TGI Fridays. The project scope included the construction of new side and rear extensions, new means of escape, a roof plant deck, below-ground drainage and utility infrastructure in preparation for the new tenant fit-outs.
