This scheme involved the demolition of an existing pedway structure, replacement with pre-cast concrete steps, and the upgrade of the Olympic Way Zone C public realm and various connecting utilities throughout the Wembley Park development. The project involved significant expenditure on materials from China, Northern Italy, Spain and Belgium for pre-cast elements. Cumming Group, under the name of TowerEight, provided pre- and post-contract cost management services to Quintain from 2017 through practical completion. Cumming Group helped Quintain navigate numerous challenges, including the impacts of Brexit and COVID-19, and assisted the client with internal reporting requirements to inform funding, ESCROW and budget reporting.

Post-contract scope included the introduction of additional infrastructure works into the project, such as Wayfinding Totems, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation and the Eastern Terraces development on Olympic Way. The project reached practical completion on 3rd June 2021, in time for the Euro 2021 football championships.
