Cumming Group is acting as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on the 280,000 sq. ft. site, with all units successfully navigating the planning process despite sensitive ecological, archaeological, watercourse and Ancient Woodland constraints. Both Units 1 and 2 are now complete and in occupation by Amazon and DHL respectively, with Unit 3 –a 115,000 sq.ft. build-to-suit for DHL as incumbent tenant –under active construction. Cumming Group worked closely with the client to obtain consent for phase 3 of the development and navigated potential water neutrality matters during the planning stage.
