St. Modwen Park Gatwick is the industrial and logistics park of the 50-acre mixed-use Heathy Wood development at Copthorne, which will provide a total of 200,000 sq. ft. of industrial and logistics units. Cumming, under the name of Prosurv, are performing the role of Project Manager and Employer’s Agent on the site, with both 100,000-sq.-ft. units successfully navigating the planning process despite sensitive ecological, archaeological, watercourse and Ancient Woodland constraints. Both Units 1 and 2 are now complete.
