Planning permission has been secured to construct up to 1,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial and logistics space. The project scope includes forming a new site access roundabout and associated highway works, extensive SUDS drainage, strategic landscaping and the installation of green space. The first unit to be constructed onsite comprised 106,000 sq. ft. of speculative industrial and office space and was completed in Autumn 2020.
