St. Modwen Park Burton is a mixed-use development which will provide 1,000,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial space, alongside the construction of 660 residential units, 54 acres of new woodland and 83 acres of open landscaped parkland. Cumming Group, under the name of Prosurv, were appointed as Project Manager and Cost Consultant to oversee the construction of Unit 1, a speculatively built 83,700-sq.-ft. industrial warehouse unit including 3,700 sq. ft. of office accommodation, which was completed in May 2016.
