Shelley has 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, serving as an advisor to occupier clients throughout the UK and abroad to deliver numerous projects within complex stakeholder environments. Her expertise across the entire lifecycle of real estate development enables her to find effective solutions for her clients’ most difficult challenges, resulting in the best possible outcome for all parties involved. Prior to joining Cumming, Shelley ran the consulting function within JLL UK for 14 years, where she managed a group of 150 consultants spread throughout the EMEA region. During Shelley’s time at JLL, she was also global CRM for Barclays and Shell, and provided executive oversight for McKinsey, BP, AIG, Sky, and Unilever, among other duties and responsibilities. She has also worked at PwC, CBRE and Deloitte, where she trained as a Chartered Accountant.
