Cumming Group, under the name of MHBC Cumming, assisted Schroder Real Estate Investment Management with the preparation of reinstatement cost assessments for insurance purposes on the entirety of their commercial property portfolio. This assignment, which completed in September 2020, was the first part of a three-year rolling instruction and involved the inspection of 60 properties of all types spread geographically across the UK, with desktop assessments on the remainder of the portfolio.
