Cumming Group provided project management and owner representation services for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of a new campus to serve as the headquarters for Samsung Electronics’ U.S. Semiconductor Operations Division. The new campus is approximately 1.2 million square feet and includes two 10-story buildings comprised of office space, a research and development center, cafeteria, cleanroom, small data center, multi-purpose hall, outdoor meeting areas and a 1,500-stall parking structure. Demolition for the project was completed in May 2013 and the new headquarters officially opened in September 2015.
