The River Campus is a unique research facility. When poised with three architectural options, two of which compromised existing campus space, our team worked with the owners and architects to bring to life the third option now known as the River Campus – built above the active FDR Drive. This innovative project added two acres and several buildings to RU by utilizing air rights to construct this new building.
