Richard has provided project and cost management services for numerous multi-million-pound construction projects over the course of his 25-year career. As a Director, he is committed to providing outstanding levels of service to all clients and takes an active role in leading Cumming teams in the delivery of challenging and complex projects nationwide, with a special focus on the industrial/logistics, education, and brownfield regeneration sectors. Richard holds a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He particularly enjoys mentoring and nurturing newer and younger team members.
