Cumming Group EMEA, under the name of TowerEight, was appointed as Cost Manager on the refurbishment of an existing Radisson hotel on Portman Square into the luxury lifestyle, Nobu London Portman Square hotel.

The hotel features 249 guest rooms and suites, Nobu’s world-class restaurant, a ballroom, and meeting spaces, beautifully conceptualised by London-based architecture and interior design firm David Collins Studio with Make Architects.
