Cumming Group, under the name of Prosurv Consult, were appointed as the Employer’s Agent on the construction of a new 36,000-sq.-ft. speculative unit including associated external works, drainage and incoming services. The unit commenced construction following extensive infrastructure works to provide roads and utilities to the site, including the construction of a new roundabout on the A34 and new road layout to Meaford Road. The client was St. Modwen Developments.
