Our team members have consistently participated in assignments at LaGuardia on behalf of both airlines and the Port Authority for the past 30+ years. We are currently advising on the £3 billion redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport, involving the West End Garage, a new headhouse, concourses, and road ways.

Our team is currently focused on schedule, project management, organization and staffing, and problem solving. Our engagement on this latest phase began in 2014, and initially focused on advising the Port Authority on the selection and integration of the P3 partners, organizational structure, logistics, phasing, project controls, managing cost, and expediting the project schedule.
