Chief Executive

James is a construction economist with more than 25 years of experience, during which time he has focused on delivering large and complex projects that require a strategic project management role, with international experience spanning both the UK and abroad. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Association of Project Management, with a BSc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University. As one of the founders of TowerEight (which has since merged with Cumming), James has a proven reputation as a strong leader with savvy business intuition and strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines and sectors. As Chief Executive, James oversees the Cumming business throughout the UK and Europe.
