This £100 million mixed-used redevelopment is located on the site of the former Ironbridge Power Station, with 106 acres made up of greenfield land. The scheme will deliver approximately 1,000 new houses, a new primary school, and leisure and community facilities, as well as a large area of open and public space. Discussions are ongoing with National Rail to bring the existing rail sidings on the site back into operation, and to strengthen the rail bridge that crosses the river.

Cumming Group, under the name Prosurv, have been commissioned to assist the planning coordination consultant with the outline planning approval process. We are also assisting with the management of information from the design team and helping facilitate the development of a phased approach to infrastructure delivery.
