Cumming Group, under the name of Prosurv, completed its first commission on the site in 2006. Since then we have successfully project managed the demolition, remediation and construction of site infrastructure and landscaping in addition to the construction of over 350,000 sq. ft. of industrial units and offices. The 20-acre business park is the largest commercial regeneration project in West Surrey and when fully occupied will provide employment for nearly 500 people. The client is St. Modwen Developments.
