We have enjoyed a long and successful association with our client, Clerical Medical Investment Group, a major real estate investment management firm that purchased this building. In 1996, Cumming Group, under the name of MHBC, carried out the acquisition survey and due diligence in support of the purchase. Between 1996 and 1998, we carried out the approval of the tenant fit-outs; between 2005 and 2007, we were instructed to assess dilapidations liabilities for the landlord; and between 2006 and 2008, we carried out a major refurbishment of three floors, with total project costs of approximately £6 million.

Throughout our lengthy association with this building, Cumming Group has provided a range of services to
our client, including project management, contract administration, mechanical and electrical engineering, architectural and design services, cost consultancy and CDM coordination.
