Cumming Group, under the name of MHBC Cumming Group, provided technical advice to Schroders in connection with securing the new letting of five floors of this 10-storey office building in the centre of Glasgow. In addition to assisting Schroders with the technical due diligence when they acquired the property, Cumming Group has been instructed as project managers, contract administrators and services consultants to replace the existing air conditioning and ventilation systems in the building in conjunction with the new letting, together with designing and overseeing the landlord’s other refurbishment works. The tenant had a very tight programme for the works to suit their accommodation requirements, but work has now recently commenced, having been organised amid strict pandemic restrictions.
