Daniel was instrumental in the formation of Prosurv in 2004, which has since merged with Cumming. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with nearly 20 years of experience who holds a Bsc Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from Staffordshire University. As an RICS Inspire Ambassador, Daniel is often asked to work with schools and colleges to promote the surveyor role and the RICS organisation. Daniel is also a Local Enterprise Partnership Volunteer working with a local secondary school to help the school and its students develop strategies and connections for pursuing careers in the industry. Daniel’s areas of expertise include project management and quantity surveying, which he has provided on numerous schemes in various sectors. He possesses a keen eye for detail and is especially adept at leading teams on major projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. Daniel’s most notable project was his work on the New Bay Campus for Swansea University, where he has personally overseen the delivery of 2,417 student accommodation bed spaces and over 450,000 square feet of academic floor space.
