The former BiWater Site at Market Street, Clay Cross is a mixed-use development which will provide circa 100,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial buildings along with the construction of 550 residential units. Cumming Group, under the name of Prosurv, commenced the infrastructure works in 2019, overseeing the construction of a new highway junction from Market Street, onsite spine road, utilities and site-wide drainage system. Infrastructure works are continuing at pace to reflect the construction programme for commercial and residential development. The client was St. Modwen Developments.
