Chris Phillipson is the Director lead in Manchester; after working in London for 10 years, Chris moved back up north in 2018, to open our office in Manchester.

Chris has vast experience in the property construction industry, providing cost and project management services across multi-sectors including; Hotel, PBSA, Residential, Office and more recently focused on; Build to Rent, Co-living and large mixed use regeneration projects.

Chris’ expertise ranges from supporting Clients on acquisitions, developing masterplans and early planning support work as well as managing teams to deliver projects from early design stages, to contract and delivery.
