Cumming Group, under the name of MHBC Cumming, were appointed by Schroder Real Estate to monitor the redevelopment of Bracknell Town Centre as a regeneration partnership of Schroders, Legal & General and the local authority. The monitoring role was conducted over 42 months and encompassed providing detailed regular reporting on the progress of construction as well as lettings to retail, commercial and residential tenants.

The redevelopment works included significant new retail, office and leisure facilities, the refurbishment and conversion of office buildings to residential, and significant infrastructure and public realm improvements. The completed scheme was officially opened by Her Majesty The Queen in October 2018. Since its opening, we have been retained to undertake the later phase of regeneration works, including alterations to existing town centre retail, as well as the latest stage of the redevelopment. With these further appointments, Cumming Group is providing project and development management, contract administration and cost management.
