As of Monday 21st November, Premier Inn Westferry, Canary Wharf has now officially opened to the public!
Cumming Group acted as Project Manager for Whitbread on the 28-storey hotel and as the largest Premier Inn in London (excluding Heathrow and Gatwick) it boasts fantastic views of Canary Wharf and the Central London skyline.
Just a short walk from Westferry DLR station, the hotel brings 400-hotel beds (including 80 Premier Plus bedrooms) alongside a ground floor bar and first floor restaurant. The development also consisted of a residential-led mixed-use element of the project (delivered by Rockwell) has delivered 68-stunning new homes – including 21 affordable properties – and new community space. In addition to this, the scheme has done a great deal for the community, creating over 100 new jobs by working closely with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and racking up 200 hours litter picking in the surrounding areas.

It’s fantastic to also know we’re helping Whitbread in giving back, communities are so important to the success of these projects.”
