After two years of decline, the construction market in the Wales region is finally see growth opportunities in 2021.

We expect the region’s total construction volume to increase by 28.8% this year, followed by 10.6% in 2022 and 4.5% in 2023. By the end of 2023, the market may get back to its 2016 level by reaching 11 billion Pound Sterling. This year, infrastructure construction is expected to rise by over 200%, which will bring up the total annual construction volume. However, private manufacturing structures are projected to lower by 57.2%, which contrasts with the 74.44% increase of last year.
