Clerkenwell hub by Premier Inn has now been successfully completed

Clerkenwell hub by Premier Inn has now been successfully completed and handed over as of Monday 13^th February.

Cumming Group EMEA acted as Project Manager on Whitbread’s 4 storey hotel located on Farringdon Road in Central London, just a short walk from Farringdon Station. The eye-catching 180 bed hotel will be officially open to the public early March this year adding to our ever-growing portfolio of Premier Inns in operation throughout the UK and Europe.

Due to the hotel’s prime Farringdon location, the overall build had a few logistical complications along the way.   With the pile foundations of the building sat either side of Thameslink line passing through Farringdon, collaboration with the wider project team was required to engineer ways to address acoustic issues and omit the noise from passing trains.
